The short version: we collect as little as possible, your uploaded photos are processed for your generation and are not stored on our servers or used to train AI, and we never sell your data. Ever.
Anonymous use: a random device ID (stored in your browser) and your credit balance — no name, no email required to try the app. If you sign in: your email address, used only for sign-in links and receipts. If you buy: payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. If you list a battle on the calendar: the event details you enter (names, handles, time, league, crew) — that's opt-in and shown publicly by design.
Photos you upload are used to build your poster in your browser and, when AI features require it, sent to the AI provider to fulfill your request. We don't keep a copy, we don't build a library of your images, and we don't use them for AI training.
We use Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (accounts and credits), Stripe (payments), and xAI (image generation). Each receives only what's needed to do its job.
We use basic, privacy-respecting operational data (like generation counts and promo-code redemptions) to run the product and pay our affiliates. No ad trackers.
Clearing your browser storage resets your anonymous device. Signed-in users can request account deletion — including credits and history — via the contact page, and we'll complete it within 30 days.
LiveFlyer isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here with a new effective date.
