LiveFlyer makes TikTok LIVE overlays that react to gifts, AI animations of the creator, and stream graphics. The overlay is one link you add to TikTok LIVE Studio or OBS as a browser source; animations of you are made from a photo. LiveFlyer also offers stream intros, short series, private stats for your own stream, and a desktop app. LiveFlyer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or any streaming platform. When you use LiveFlyer on a live, that platform's own rules still apply to you.
You can make an overlay link without an account; it is tied to that browser until you save it to a free account (Google or an email code). Keep your sign-in to yourself — you are responsible for what happens in your account. Each person gets the new-account credits once; extra accounts made to collect them again may get none or be closed.
Things that are generated — animations, intros, series shots, posters and graphics — use credits. The price of each is shown before you start. A new account comes with a small starting balance; more credits come in packs. Purchased credits never expire. If a generation fails on our side, or the video provider refuses it, the credits go back to your balance automatically. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. Credit packs are final once the credits are in your account, except where the law says otherwise.
The overlay itself is free, with a small LiveFlyer badge. Overlay Pro ($9.99 a month) removes the badge and unlocks the extra features listed on the pricing page. It renews every month until you cancel; you can cancel any time by emailing hello@liveflyer.app, and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. New accounts may get a free trial period of Pro features; when it ends, the account simply returns to the free overlay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Animations, intros and series are made from photos. Upload only photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to be animated. Don't use a photo of anyone under 18 other than yourself, and don't use photos of celebrities or other people to make them appear to say or do things. In a series, other real people can only be added through their own invite link. A voice that sounds like a real person must be that person's own voice, added by them. You are responsible for having the right to use every photo, video, sound and name you add.
You own what you make. You may use your overlays, animations, intros, posters and graphics anywhere, including commercially, as long as you had the rights to what went into them. You give us permission to store, process and show your content only as needed to run the service for you (for example, to play your animation on your overlay). We don't publish your clips, faces or handles without asking you. Items made with free credits may carry a small liveflyer.app mark.
Don't use LiveFlyer to make or show content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing, violent, or that infringes someone else's rights — including copyrighted characters, logos and music you don't have rights to. Don't impersonate anyone. Don't try to get around limits, free-credit rules, watermarks or the video provider's filters, and don't interfere with the service or other people's overlays. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Pictures, animations and voices are made by third-party AI models. Results vary, may not look exactly like you or what you described, and are provided as they come. The video provider may refuse some requests; when that happens your credits are refunded. Generation times vary with demand.
The overlay reads public gift, like and chat events from your own live to show alerts, goals and games. My streams shows stats for your own room only. The LiveFlyer desktop app is an early beta: its Triggers can press keys in your game, run game commands or switch devices in your room when gifts arrive. You choose what to connect and you are responsible for how it's used on your stream; use the panic hotkey to stop everything. Beta features may change or stop working.
You must be at least 13 to use LiveFlyer (or the minimum age to use your streaming platform, if higher). Purchases require you to be 18+ or have a parent or guardian's permission.
We work to keep LiveFlyer running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change. TikTok or another platform can change how lives work, which may affect the overlay.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DialectForge LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using LiveFlyer at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@liveflyer.app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy. Questions: hello@liveflyer.app or the contact page.
